MDTotal recognizes the health care provider’s legal obligations of maintaining the privacy of patient’s health specific records, its storage and internet transactions as well as total confidentiality of information regarding the healthcare provider and its concerned entities. Use of MDTotal website and documentation contained within are the copyrighted work of MDTotal, Inc. It is unlawful to copy intellectual concepts, documentation or screen shots of MDTotal software for the purpose of an attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover its source code.

MDTotal may provide links to other sites that we feel are relevant to our users (“Link Sites”). MDTotal is not responsible for the content on the Link Sites and is not responsible for the accuracy of the information and intellectual property notices therein. MDTotal Software

Use of MDTotal Software is governed by the Terms of Service or  the end user license agreement that accompanies or is included and is also referenced on this website. You will not be able to download or install any software that is accompanied by or included with the MDTotal Service or its Software. Only if you agree to the terms of service of such end user license agreement can you be given permission to use MDTotal practice management system though its software or its services. If you do not agree to such terms, you are instructed not to use MDTotal Software. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software available on the Site.

Disclaimer

MDTotal does not warrant or represent that the information sent us to will be protected against loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. Except as set forth here MDTotal will not disclose unlawfully to third parties any information that may be used to identify you or your office/company for purposes of contacting you or your office/company. Any shared information of the Physician or Practice Information provided to third party entities are in accordance of the partnership clause of Privacy Policy of the HIPAA. We may possibly need to release information to our vendors and suppliers related to providing you better operation and maintenance of our product for which MDTotal will not be held responsible for.

Any information or claims made on the websites of MDTotal and websites of its subsidiaries or affiliates causing financial loss or harm in any manner caused by the use of this site will be the sole responsibility of the user and will not in any way hold the MDTotal.CA Software Inc. or its subsidiaries officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees responsible.

The Submissions shall be deemed the property of MDTotal. MDTotal shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Submissions throughout the universe in perpetuity and shall be entitled to use the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise in accordance with HIPAA and Notice of Privacy Policy without compensation to the provider of the Submissions. In any event, any Submissions you send to MDTotal will be treated as confidential and MDTotal shall not be liable for any inadvertent disclosure of the Submissions.

Security

MDTotal does not warrant that the functions contained in its website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

As part of the registration, online training, online demo or online support process, each User will be assigned a password (“Password”) and User Name (“User Name”). You shall provide MDTotal with accurate, complete, and updated Account information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your account and services. You may not (i) share or use the account with another person with the intent of not registering with MDTotal (ii) use the account with the intent to copy any intellectual properties or rights.

You shall notify MDTotal of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your Account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your Account, at MDTotal’s sole discretion, and you may be reported to appropriate law-enforcement agencies.
